The struggle is real!

Many of you have been asking about my journey in health and in life. This last week has been hard in my health! I have lost 30 pounds since starting my health journey but these last 7 pounds are going to be the death of me!

Popcorn. I’m craving it. The salt, butter, yummy goodness. So I caved last weekend and gave into my craving. Boom…. for 3 whole days! Oops! Which led to chocolate cravings. Oops! Now I gained back 2 pounds. Ugh.

The struggle is real friends! However, we aren’t alone. We can team up together and support each other. Share our struggles and our strengths not only in health but in life. Let’s team up together and be better together and fight those popcorn cravings! Or at least only give in to one craving, not three!

Keep smiling friends, life is worth smiling for!

Sharing is Caring!
